Sign up is 100% free and only takes a few minutes. Plus, we give you 5 free credits for you to test the system. Once you have registered, you can log onto your profile on the website.

All you need to do is complete the form on the registration page. Once you have entered the information correctly, click register and you will be able to log onto SendEasy and test the platform.
Click on the LOGIN button at the top right-hand corner of your screen. Enter your email address as your username and then your unique password. Both fields are case sensitive. Once you have filled in both textboxes, click the login button.
After successfully registering on SendEasy, you get 5 free credits to help you test the platform. To claim your 5 free credits, log in with your email address and password on our website. Proceed to set up a test send of either a single or bulk SMS with your free credits. Once you’re comfortable with the system, it’s time to get started.
Our packages start from 23c per SMS for up to 5000 SMSs sent per month. Please view our pricing page for accurate costs. If you buy in bulk, you pay less!
No, there are no set-up fees, monthly fees nor any other additional costs. In fact, we give you 5 free credits upon registration to use as you please. SendEasy operates on a prepaid basis.

Users do not pay for replies received.

Our company is based in South Africa and therefore only South Africans will be charged VAT (Value Added Tax).
You can purchase credits online via credit card, debit card, Sid or EFT.
Messages are delivered at a rate of approximately 12 SMSs in 1 second. Each user has the ability to send out 50 000 SMSs per hour through our gateway.
All messages will have a status report whether successfully delivered or not. To view the reports, go to the SMS sent report on your dashboard.
The reply messages will be posted to your replies inbox on your dashboard. You can also choose to have replies forwarded to an email address or to a cell number.
Before uploading your database as a .csv file, ensure that you have the correct columns. The 1st column (A) of each row should contain the phone number you wish to send to, additional columns (B) – (K) can be used as mail merge fields. This is where you can set title, first name and surname, etc.

To display a merge field in your text message, use the placeholder #MM#. #MM0# = mobile number that the message was sent to, #MM1# – #MM10# correspond to merge field columns in the .csv
