How do i register?
Sign up is 100% free and only takes a few minutes. Plus we give you 5 free credits for you to test. Once you have registered, you can log onto the website. You will need to provide the following information when registering: · First name and Surname · Mobile Number · Email Address · Password (case sensitive). Once you have entered the information correctly, click “ Register’ and you will be able to log onto SendEasy and test our products and services.
How do I Log in?
At the top right hand corner of the screen you will notice 2 textbox fields. Enter your email address in the first textbox and your password in the second textbox. Both fields as case sensitive. Once you have filled in both textbox`s then click the login button to login to the site.
I have completed the registration process. What’s next?
To claim your 5 free credits, please do the following: a) Go to our website, www.sendeasy.co.za b) LOGIN with your email address and password, c) Once you have logged in, you will be able to test our services and send single and bulk SMS’s with your free credits.
How much does an SMS cost me?

Starting from 23c per SMS for up to 5000 sms sent per month. Please view our pricing page for accurate costs. If you buy in bulk you pay less!

Are there any other costs involved to send SMS's?
No, there are not any set-up fees, monthly fees nor any other additional fees. In fact we give you 5 free credits. We operate on a prepaid basis. The credits that you buy will only expire in 12 months from the purchase date. Users do not pay for replies. Our company is based in South Africa and therefore only South Africans will be charged VAT (Value Added Tax).
How do I buy credits?

You can purchase credits online via Credit card, Debit card, SnapScan, Sid or EFT. Please see our Pricing  page for more detailed information.

How long does it take the platform to deliver SMS messages?

Messages are delivered at a rate of approximately 12 sms’s in 1 second. Each user has the ability to send out 50 000 SMS’s per hour through our gateway.

Do you provide status reports for the undelivered messages?
All messages will have a status report whether successfully delivered or not. To view the reports, go to “SMS sent” report.
Do you support replies to SMS's
The reply messages will be posted to your replies inbox in your account. You can also have replies forwarded to an email address or to a cell number if you want.
How do I personalize my bulk sms’s?

In your .csv file the 1st column (A) of each row should contain the number you wish to send to, additional columns 1(B) – 10(K) can be used as mail merge fields. To display a merge field in the message, use the placeholder #MM#. MM0 = mobile number that message was sent to, #MM1# – #MM10# correspond to merge field columns in the CSV E.g. A message of: Hello #MM1# #MM2#, this is a test message. Message was sent to #MM0# and a CSV containing: 27826795784,Thomas,Smith 27826795658,Martin,Green Would create the following messages: Hello Thomas Smith, this is a test message. Message was sent to 27826795784 Hello Martin Green, this is a test message. Message was sent to 27826795658
